Fitness facilities throughout the world utilize audio and video to motivate and entertain their club members. Upbeat music, televisions with shows of interest, video signs broadcasting club information and many more forms of entertainment can be found throughout a fitness facility. Coastal Audio possesses the unique skills required to design and successfully install any of a facility’s audio and video needs.

Fitness entertainment refers to the wireless transmission of audio programs to an exerciser. These would include television audio, satellite music channels, compact disc and other audio sources. The audio output from the televisions or other sources, are fed into the FM transmitter which then transmits this audio over an unused FM radio channel. A bank of tv’s are mounted with signs posted to the front.

The excerciser then tunes to one of the channels of their choice and hears the TV sound. The exerciser then selects the desired channel, volume and sound equalization settings and they then have entertainment during their workout.
